Michel goes camping high in the San Gabriel Mountains

This morning Michel sent us this video of his overnight camping trip in the San Gabriel mountain range below which his home is located.
It took him seven hours of tough cycling and walking to reach his elevated camp site, a steep climb most of the way, and four hours to return the next morning. His special bicycle carries all his gear, climate-proof tent, sleeping bag, torches, solar panel, spade, defensive weaponry (knife, pepper spray, air horn), food and 7 liters of water.
